Answer

There are several options.

One is the "condense order form" option on the Custom Fields/Notifications page. This will eliminate the credit card billing fields and will drastically shorten the form. But for this you may not find it desirable.

Another choice is to eliminate the "shipping" or "billing" name from the fields altogether.
