We recommend setting up all offers as a membership, even one-time shipped products. But the other thing you could do is just make the product part of your recurring membership, and then you could have just one membership, instead of two offers. That is probably how you should do it. It will ship it out at first for the product + shipping, and then the recurring would kick in later.
