Answer

It's now possible to issue refunds for PayPal transactions in Nanacast for PayPal Premiere and PayPal Business accounts.

You'll need to enable the PayPal API for your account, capture your PayPal API credentials and provide them in your Nanacast profile in order for refunds of PayPal transactions to actually refund.

Note: Currently, you must still cancel recurring billing profiles from your PayPal account; otherwise marking a client as Unsubscribed in Nanacast will remove access from the offer, but will NOT cancel future PayPal billings.
