For an overall podcast image, you can set one on the Edit Listing page of the Podcast offer in Nanacast, in the "URL to iTunes image" option in the Podcast Options section.

Alternately, according to iTunes, you can embed an image inside a video or audio file to create an icon for an individual episode.
