2Checkout is not currently fully compatible with all Nanacast features and is not recommended for use by anyone unless they have no other choice.
It is not a merchant account so it cannot do certain things like one click upsells, bundled continuity, etc.
For non-US customers, it is one of the more expensive processors, as they charge 5.5% fee on all your revenue. (US merchant rates are 2.9% and .45 cents)

For using the Nanacast system, we recommend you never use them unless you have no other choice. PayPal would be the next best choice, with 2Checkout as a last resort. The best choice would be to use a merchant account with a gateway we support.
