Setting Up Limited Quantity Offers and Displaying Quantity Remaining
Solution

Prerequisites:
Currently, offer must be a one-time offer with the Pricing Strategy set to Dynamic Pricing Based on Quantity Sold or Tiered Pricing Based on Quantity Sold

Must be a limited quantity offer

On the Pricing & Delivery page of your offer:
- Set Payment & Thank-You Page Setting to “Free or One-Time Payment…”
- Set Pricing Strategy to “Dynamic Pricing Based on Quantity Sold” or “Tiered Pricing Based on Quantity Sold” (If you don’t want change of price for your offer, set it to Tiered pricing and only set one price tier.)
- Set End Sale when setting to the desired end quantity for your offer.

- Enable Display Remaining Quantity on Form option

Note: We do not recommend editing the Current Total field (which reflects how many items have been sold) unless you change your offer and want to ‘reset’ the sale to 0, but if you want to extend the sale, you can change the End Sale when value.

You can also set a custom URL to redirect traffic after a sale has ended (i.e. the End Sale when quantity has been reached).

Customizing the Quantity Remaining notification:

The Quantity Remaining value will be displayed on the form above the Buy Button:

Custom CSS and/or JavaScript can be used to change the style and wording of the quantity remaining notification (“Only X Left!”).

You can reference the following element IDs:
quantityRemainingDIV:  This is the DIV container element for the entire quantity remaining notification

quantityRemainingDIVspanDescr: This is the SPAN element where text prior to the quantity remaining is displayed. By default, the innerHTML value of this element is “Only ” (note the trailing space) but this could be replaced with any desired wording, along with any styling changes for this element.

quantityRemainingDIVspan:  This is the SPAN element where the actual quantity remaining is displayed. By default, the innerHTML value is the remaining quantity. Changing the quantity value would probably defeat the purpose of the feature, but you may want to change the styling for this element.

quantityRemainingDIVpost:  This is the SPAN element where the text following the quantity remaining is displayed. By default, the innerHTML value of this element is “ left!” (note the preceding space) but this could be replaced with any desired wording, along with any styling changes for this element.
