You can
turn off the shopcart checkout box on edit pricing/delivery page right below
the price... check-mark to not show the price to the buyer. 

If you
are offering paypal and credit card simultaneously, then you need to have this
on your sales page so the system knows either to send them to paypal or to the
order form. 

If you
decide not to use PayPal, then you can have just a text or image link on your
sales page that would go directly to the credit card order page.
