Quick ways to provide affiliate links to an affiliate
Solution The best method for providing links to your affiliates is outlined under method B of the following knowledgebase article:

http://support.nanacast.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=39

Following this method, when your affiliates login to the custom affiliate login, they can access the affiliate center, which is filtered for your affiliate program offers, and can easily access their link for all your offers.

If you're looking for alternative methods other than the recommended method as described above, here are some suggestions:

You can have Nanacast send one email with all the affiliate's promotional links in it by default whenever an affiliate registers for any "membership" that you create specifically to be an "affiliate membership."

To understand this concept first read the "better method" or method B. in this knowledge base article:

1. Create an affiliate membership to join affiliates to...  for this strategy it does not matter if they are already an affiliate in your affiliate program or not. You might name this membership something like (Your company name) as this will fit well with some of the email subjects available in the system for this purpose.

2. Customize the thank you email "receipt" that Nanacast sends when they join the membership. You customize this in the pricing and delivery step. Select one of the subjects we have crafted for this particular purpose from the drop down such as: {firstname}, your {offername} affiliate links.

When you customize the body of the email use the same method of first acquiring all your own product promotional links (join your own affiliate program and then go to the Affiliate Center from the left menu to get your promotional links) but this time replace the affiliate ID portion of each offer affiliate link with {affiliate_id}.

So you might have a list that looks like this in the receipt email:

Hi
{firstname},

Here are your affiliate links for the
{offer_name} affiliate program:

 http://nanacast.com/vp/11056/{affiliate_id}/

http://nanacast.com/vp/47026/{affiliate_id}/

http://nanacast.com/vp/88490/{affiliate_id}/

(not real links just an example)

3. Any time someone needs those links you can sign them up for that membership.

Even if you already have an affiliate membership you could have another one that you use just for this purpose. All you need is the email address associated with their current affiliate account or if they are not yet registered you can have them sign up to an affiliate membership that sends them all this info in the email receipt.

Alternatively...

If all you want to do is manually copy and paste a set of affiliate links to an affiliate you are providing support to or having personal communication with:

...you could keep a list of your own product affiliate links handy at all times in a text file on your desk top (if you manually send links a lot) and just copy and paste as soon as you have their affiliate ID. Do this in a word doc. and you could do a simple "find and replace"

1. Find and replace {affiliate_id} with (actual affiliate ID).

2. Copy paste.

Done.

Note that a Nanacast affiliate link structure is: http://nanacast.com/vp/{product_id}/{affiliate_id}/

Either way those two options are likely the easiest methods you could do to quickly get affiliate links manually or automatically to an affiliate.
