Solution

In general, when additional custom fields are supported by the email/CRM provider with which you have synced your offer using the existing "Email Sync" integration in Nanacast, you will find the following note at the bottom of the Email Sync page:

"Note: Additional custom fields are supported by this email service provider. Please click on "Notifications/Custom Fields" above and then edit a custom field for more information on how to pass each subscriber's specific custom fields to your campaign."

So if you select an Email/CRM provider where this note appears, then you can go to edit a custom field from the "Notifications/Custom Fields" page. Inside the edit custom field page, there will be an option to include the field in the integration with the CRM provider, along with notes regarding which fields are automatically sent in the integration for that CRM provider, and whether additional custom fields are supported, and any instructions for sending them if required.

Whether or not additional custom fields are supported is dependent on what was supported by the API of the provider with which we have integrated.

If the note regarding additional custom fields does NOT appear at the bottom of the email sync page, it is because the API of the selected CRM provider does not support them. (This note does NOT appear for Infusionsoft, as a specific example, because by default, the Infusionsoft contacts database only includes first name, last name, and email address. However, if the existing Nanacast integration with a particular provider does not meet your needs, and the provider's API now supports a method that does meet your need, you can use our API to create a custom integration with the provider that meets your needs.
