 Error message: "If you are an authorized subscriber and you are trying to access from a remote location or proxy ip address you will not be able to access. You must access from your primary location..."
Solution

Users will see that message if they use a different IP address to access the feed. Sometimes ISPs have you on an IP rotator rather than having you on one IP.

What you can do is look up the client and checkmark "Exempt Subscriber from Episode and File Download Security" to take care of the problem for them.
