Integration with Infusionsoft works similar to all the other email service providers we integrate with (AWeber, GetResponse, iContact, etc.): When your client buys the product in Nanacast, it will add the client to your Infusionsoft CRM tag/group via the API so that you can do follow-up via Infusionsoft.
Additionally, Nanacast integration with Infusionsoft now includes the ability to add a client to a Follow-up Sequence automatically. The sequence must already be created in your Infusionsoft account. Like the Tag/Group ID, get the numeric ID of the Follow-up Sequence and provide it on the Email Sync page, with Infusionsoft selected as your email service provider.
If you enable the auto-unsubscribe option in the Email Sync settings, a client being unsubscribed in Nanacast will result in a call to remove the client from both the Tag/Group and the Followup Sequence in Infusionsoft.
