Solution Nanacast does not provide transaction, refund and charge-back support for the clients of Nanacast publishers, and 2checkout and payment processors do not provide that either.

You need to plan on running your business and that includes customer and billing support. Never expect your payment processor or shopping cart to handle anything like that... in fact if it happened too often they may ban you for too many refunds.
